Binding Agreement for Platform Use and Access
By creating an account, acquiring a Timed Access Pass, uploading field data, or accessing telemetry feeds, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you are strictly prohibited from using the system.
You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the platform owner, engineering team, and operator against any claims, lawsuits, financial losses, legal fees, or liabilities arising from your field observations, data submissions, or unauthorized distribution of platform exports.
Access passes (24-Hour, 7-Day, 30-Day, Yearly) grant limited, non-transferable rights to view and export data. System administrators reserve the unilateral right to suspend or revoke passes without refund in cases of platform abuse, scraping, or misuse.
