Forensic Cryptographic Integrity Protocol for Judicial Admissibility
Every field-submitted EC8A result form upload undergoes immediate automated cryptographic hashing (SHA-256) upon ingestion. The raw image file, associated EXIF metadata (device ID, GPS coordinates, timestamp), and submitting observer token are sealed in immutable database logs.
Any secondary editing or administrative annotation creates a new version record without overwriting original raw telemetry. SHA-256 checksums are continuously cross-verified to guarantee that exported court affidavits match the exact mathematical hash generated during polling unit capture.
Dossier PDF exports include an embedded Certificate of Computer Output specifying server hardware telemetry, database uptime metrics, and custodian verification signatures required under Section 84 of the Evidence Act 2011.
